Build The Future.Shape The Founders.
You bring your expertise, judgment, and network. We connect you with ambitious ventures worth your time, meaningful equity opportunities, and a community of builders creating what's next. Choose from four partnership roles, each designed around a different level of commitment.
Partner With UsRGU Mission Mentor
The operator who has done it before, lending judgment to founders who haven't yet.
Who This Is For
Experienced founders, operators, and domain experts who want to shape real ventures without running one. You've built, sold, scaled, or survived something — and you'd rather compress a founder's learning curve than watch them repeat your mistakes.
What You'll Do
- Mentor one or more RGU teams on a working cadence — not one-off “office hours,” but real involvement in the problems that matter.
- Pressure-test strategy, unblock decisions, and open doors the team can't open themselves.
- Help us assess Entreprentices moving through the pathway — your read on people sharpens ours.
What You Get
- Proximity to ventures at the stage where your input changes outcomes, not just decks.
- An advisory equity path where the fit and contribution justify it — you share in what you help build.
- Membership in the PVH mentor network, and first look at ventures as they mature.
A few hours a month, given honestly. We'd rather have a mentor who shows up for one team fully than one who nominally advises five.
RGU Mission Specialist
The specialist who parachutes into a specific problem and solves it cold.
Who This Is For
Deep experts — engineers, designers, lawyers, growth operators, scientists — who want to apply a sharp skill to real ventures on a project basis. You're not looking to mentor or to found. You're looking for interesting, bounded problems worth your craft.
What You'll Do
- Take on defined missions inside RGUs — a technical build, a legal structure, a go-to-market sprint, a research question.
- Work alongside Entreprentices and Partners, transferring skill as you go so the capability stays after you leave.
- Deliver against a clear brief with a clear end — mission-shaped, not open-ended.
What You Get
- Compensation structured to the mission — fee, equity, or a blend, agreed before you start.
- Variety: a rotating set of genuinely different problems across the house's three tracks.
- A track record inside a growing venture ecosystem, and a standing invitation to the next mission.
Do the mission properly and leave the team stronger than you found it. Specialists who teach as they build become the ones we call first.
Network Partner
The connector whose Rolodex is the contribution — you move people, capital, and opportunity toward the house.
Who This Is For
People whose primary asset is their network: community builders, dealmakers, ecosystem leaders, and the well-connected who see who should meet whom before anyone else does. You don't need to build inside an RGU. You need to bridge them to the world.
What You'll Do
- Broker introductions that matter — to talent, customers, capital, or partners — and let us track the value that flows both ways.
- Bring opportunities to the house, and carry the house's ventures out into rooms we're not in yet.
- Act as a node in the PVH network the way our founder does — a bridge, not a gatekeeper.
What You Get
- Recognition and reward tied to outcomes you actually source — we measure referral value, not vanity intros.
- Standing in a network of operators, investors, and founders that grows more valuable as the house does.
- A brokerage relationship, not a favor economy — what you bring is logged, valued, and reciprocated.
Make introductions you'd stand behind. A network partner's reputation and ours travel together — quality of connection over quantity, every time.
External Partner
The organization that plugs into the house — an agency, studio, lab, or firm that works with our ventures at arm's length but real depth.
Who This Is For
Companies and independent teams that want an ongoing relationship with the ecosystem rather than a single mission: service firms, technical partners, production houses, research groups, and specialist shops whose work our ventures repeatedly need.
What You'll Do
- Become a trusted external provider our RGUs can draw on — preferred, vetted, and integrated into how the house operates.
- Co-deliver on ventures where your capability and ours combine into something neither could ship alone.
- Grow with the ecosystem — as RGUs multiply, so does the work that flows to partners who've earned trust.
What You Get
- A pipeline of qualified work from a growing portfolio, without the cost of chasing each deal cold.
- Deep familiarity with our ventures — you stop pitching and start partnering.
- Optional equity or revenue-share arrangements on ventures where the relationship runs deep.
Treat our ventures as partners, not accounts. External partners who invest in the relationship become part of the house's permanent infrastructure.
